中文摘要多阶激光功率调制是光致变色多阶光数据存储的一项核心技术。该文描述了一种基于工业标准结构(ISA)总线和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的多阶激光功率调制方法。采用中断方式与计算机进行交互,通过功率探测元件进行反馈控制,采用射极耦合逻辑(ECL)高速集成电路技术进行激光驱动。多阶功率调制实验结果表明:采用该调制方法可使650nm激光器在多种功率下快速、稳定工作,而且写入时间和写入功率分别独立可调;该多阶功率调制模块可应用于4阶或更高阶的光致变色多阶光数据存储系统。; Multilevel laser power modulation is a key technology in multilevel optical data storage systems based on photochromism. A multilevel laser power modulation method was developed based on the industry standard architecture (ISA) interface and a complex programmable logic device (CPLD). The interrupt mode is used for communication with the computer, a power detector is used for feedback control, and emitter coupled logic (ECL) technology with a high-speed integrated circuit is used for the laser drive. Experimental tests of the multilevel power modulation device show that the 650-nm laser diode has excellent stability and quick response at various power levels, and that the writing time and the writing power level can independently be controlled. The multilevel power modulation module can be used with at least four optical levels in optical data storage systems based on photochromism.; 国家"九七三"重点基础研究项目(G1999033003)
