中文摘要为研究铝合金板件自冲铆连接过程,借助有限元方法模拟了1.15mmAA6016T4板+1.5mmAA5182O板自冲铆接头成形.计算结果与已报道实验结果一致,证明该方法是有效的.采用此方法研究了冲头和模具的受力变化,铆扣的形成以及板件翘曲变化情况.结果表明:铆钉的变形是引起冲头载荷急剧增加的关键因素;铆钉内腔的充满压实有助于铆接压力传递到铆钉内壁,促使铆钉管腿变形形成铆合;板件的翘曲主要受压边力大小和压边圈直径影响.; To study the forming process of self-piercing riveted joint,a finite element method is employed to simulate the riveting process of 1.15mm AA6016T4+1.5mm AA5182O sheets.The validity of this method is verified by the good agreement between the calculation results and the experimental results.The force of punch and die,forming of rivet-lock and distortion of aluminum sheets are investigated.The simulation results show that:the deformation of rivet shank is the key factor that affects the punch load;the filling of the rivet-tubular makes it easy for the force to be applied on the inner face of the rivet-shank,which conducive the forming of rivet-lock;the distortion of riveted sheets is mainly affected by the binder-force and the diameter of blank holder.; 国家教育部科研奖励计划; 国家高科技发展计划资助项目(2001AA411140).
