中文摘要	在当代中国哲人中,周辅成的地位是独特的。与他同时代的哲学家多数已成学术史名流,其学术功底与卓识亦得到宗白华、唐君毅、金岳霖、贺麟等大家识重;他也精心栽培出不少学界英才。但周辅成留下的著作不多,也没有得到挖掘。本文试图理解周辅成有关正义、实践、人民以及价值与理想等伦理思想的大义。他的远见卓识,将为新一代伦理学者从一大堆无“人”的学术资料中反叛出来,正本清源,投身新的伦理学研究主流,提供启迪。; Zhou Fucheng distinguishes himself from other modern Chinese philosophers. Many of his contemporaries have become the most eminent scholars, and his own great learning had been recognized by them, like Zong Baihua, Tang Junyi, Jin Yuelin, Helin, etc. . He also has brought up some famous young scholars. He, nevertheless has written few works, which have attracted little attention. This paper attempts to outline the mainspring of his ethical thoughts, concerning justice, practice, the people, value and ideal. Zhou Fucheng'insights will enable the young students of ethics to emerge from the scholastic mass which bears No Man, and stimulate them to throw themselves into a career creating the new mainstream for ethical research.
