| 中文摘要 | 我国科学基金制历经20年,已成为一种重要的科学资助制度。从制度的适应性、有效性和完善性看,我国科学基金制促进了基础科学的研究,取得了比较显著的成绩。但是,科学基金制在基金融资渠道、基金资源整合、基金同行评议、基金成果共享以及监督管理与立法等方面都需要进一步完善。; Based on the review of the development of Chinese science foundation institution over the past 20 years,the paper evaluates the institution from the aspects of adaptability,validity and perfection.Although it has been proved an effective institution for basic researches in our country,the science foundation institution still needs to be improved in the following aspects as financing channel,wealth integration,authority appraisal,achievement partaking,supervision and legislation.Therefore,the paper proposes some recommendations to perfect the science foundation institution. |
