中文摘要本文对数字校园的目标与内涵进行了分析,提出了数字校园的5E架构,强调了数字校园的五个主要应用方面,即数字化学习(e-Learning)、数字化科研(e-Science)、数字化管理(e-Management)、数字化服务(e-Service)和数字化生活(e-Living),明确了资源库对于数字校园中教学与科研支持的基础作用。本文运用知识管理的思想和方法对数字校园的5E架构进行了修正,认为组织体系与技术系统是其两个基本支柱,并在最后提出了数字校园的构建策略。; Education information has been an important component for education innovation and develop- ment in each country and construction of digital campus has been principal content in realizing con- struction of information in higher education institutions (HEIs). At present, domestic HEIs have achieved much result in the teaching process of information, but still many issues existed. The author in this article has analyzed the objective and connotation of digital campus and raised a framework of 5- E for that. The article has laid particular stress on the application of the five re- spects. The basis features of this framework can be catalogued into : sub- role design, sub- level constitution. Data and resources sharing, data dug- up, loosing links for application system, etc. Furthermore, the author applies ideology and methodology of knowledge management to revising the '5- E' framework for digital campus. He defines organizing system and technology system as two elemental pillars. The 5- E framework based on knowledge management for digital campus has demonstrated some new features compared with the former one: The framework contains another or- ganization system along with itself apart from the technology system. In the technology system, knowledge bank reflecting knowledge of each area and the general component bank used in con- structing digital campus have been added to sharing data/resource bank and data warehouse layer. To construct organization system based on knowledge will not only ask for applied organization theory and methodology, but require absorbing timely in the experiences of sharing knowledge bank to ad- just organization system to adapt to both internal and external changes. The students, teachers and management of digital campus are not only participants with certain duty and rights, but also users with different roles in technology system. At the end of his article, the author raises some strategic points to put digital campus into effect, which include the overall planning, sub- implementation, enhancing application, stress on effectiveness, resource sharing, more, faster, good and cost effective, in combination of campus conditions, and creation of features. For recent years, construction of higher education digital campus has become a common trend in each country of the world for higher education reform and development. The higher education cam- puses of information are advocators and pioneers in education information development tendency. With a view of better understanding of practical status for information development of higher edu- cation institutions, from October to November, 2004, Department of Educational Technology in Educa- tion College of Beijing University made a survey on the status of information development in domestic conventional universities. This article is actually based on the data collected in the survey, which nar- rates the current status of information development of domestic conventional university campuses in the respects of HEIs' infrastructure, resources construction, information attainment learning and training on the part of students and teachers, development condition of information application and manage- ment, etc. According to data collected in the survey, the researchers have summed up achievements made in HEIs' information construction and pointed out the problems existed. For instance, campus informa- tion has developed very fast and the hardware of infrastructure has attained a certain level: informa- tion is now applied to university affairs, and development condition has showed that application of in- formation technology in administration and management is faster than that in course teaching; appli- cation level for teachers is behind that for students; the overall budget for campus information tech- nology is tending to increase and distribution of the funds seems not so reasonable; relevant man- agement strategy and regulations for campus information needs to be perfect. When making analysis of the achievements and problems, the researchers raised some proposals for reference in HEIs' in- formation construction within our country.
