| 中文摘要 | 此文对主观幸福感进行了较系统的讨论。数据来源基于北京市统计局的一项调查。其思路是将诸多变量通过因子分析法归纳为四个主因素,即工作、生活、收入分配和社会保障。通过这四个主因素的关系对影响幸福感的各种关系进行了分析。特别是其后的结论具有重要的参考价值,即现阶段GDP还是影响幸福感的最为重要的指标。; The paper discusses the relationship between job, life, income distribution, social security and subjective well-being based on the structural equation model.
