中文摘要 | 为减轻发动机电磁气门驱动(electromagnetic valveactuation,EVA)的落座冲击,对EVA初始化和过渡过程的前期都用开环控制,运动后期,即当衔铁/气门接近落座位置时采用线性二次调节器(linear quadratic regulator,LQR)法控制落座速度,并对作者研制的EVA建立了数学模型,将其在落座位置附近线性化,编制了控制软件。在EVA实验测试系统上实现了初始化、单次过渡过程控制以及EVA连续动作控制。LQR法的3个状态量是实测的衔铁/气门位移、速度和线圈电流。结果表明,EVA初始化、单次过渡过程以及EVA连续动作的落座速度分别是0.05 m/s、0.06m/s和0.20 m/s。; To eliminate valve seating impacts of electromagnetic valve actuation (EVA) for automotive engines,the early stages of both the initialization and the transition are open-loop controlled in EVA systems.The later stage when the armature/valve closes to the seating position is then controlled using a linear quadratic regulator(LQR).A control system was developed based on an EVA control model linearized near the seating position.Tests of the EVA show a seating velocity of 0.05 m/s during initialization,0.06 m/s during a one way transition,and 0.20 m/s during continuous operation.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50175055) |
