中文摘要现代通讯、电子设备的飞速发展对电源提出了更高比能量的要求,现有的电池技术尚无法满足这样的要求。质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)具有比锂离子蓄电池更高的比能量,配以适当的制氢或者储氢装置,氢空PEMFC将会是有希望的未来便携式电源。组装了一个外观尺寸为6cm(L)×5cm(W)×6cm(H)的微型PEMFC电堆,包含单电池9片,采用微型风扇提供空气和散热。经过DC-DC变换,电堆输出5V电压,在常温、常压、不加湿、尾气封闭的工况下,电池净输出功率可达到6W,电池系统效率接近30%(以高热值计算)。配以微型合金储氢罐(外观尺寸f3cm×10cm),电池系统可以用4.3W的功率稳定输出约1h。该系统经过数百小时稳定性实验,电堆电压能够保持相对稳定。; The rapid development of modern electronic products require power sources with higher energy density, but the state-of-the-art battery technologies cannot meet the requirement. Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) have higher energy density than Li-ion batteries, and hydrogen-air PEMFCs with proper hydrogen production/storage devices are promising power sources for portable applications. A demonstrational micro hydrogen- air PEMFC system with a dimension of 6 cm(L)�cm(W)�cm(H) was developed, which contained a fuel cell stack with 9 cells, a micro fan for cooling and air supplying, and a DC-DC converter with 5 V output. The net power output of the system reached 6 W and HHV system efficiency approached 30% in the conditions of ambient pressure and temperature, no humidification, dead-end hydrogen feeding. Connected the fuel cell system with a micro Mg alloy hydrogen tank (f 3 cm� cm), the power module could output 5 V 4.3 W for 1 h stably. The fuel cell system had been tested for several hundreds of hours and the voltage of the fuel cell stack kept relative stable.; 氢能“973”项目(TG2000026400); 氢能国际合作项目(2001AA515080)
