| 中文摘要 | 风险是企业国际化采取渐进方式的主要原因之一。战略这种决策行为是风险态度取向的直接反映,通过有参照的风险评价指标,结合风险态度这一国际企业家精神理论中重要但发展较不完善的部分,建立相关模型,发现在中国中小机电企业中,企业的规模和成立时间的长短对其对外部不确定性感知水平的高低并没有差异。持不同风险态度取向的企业对不同类别的风险因素敏感程度不同,如采用追随战略的企业对不同风险因素之间的差异就相对不敏感。这种差异有可能影响企业业绩和出口的整体发展趋势。; Risk is one of the major considerations for gradual internationalization of firms.Focusing on the small and medium-sized Chinese exporters of mechanical and electrical products(MP),the study explores the risk attitudes of these exporters and their strategies alongside the different elements of perceived environmental uncertainty.The study draws part of the theoretical background from international entrepreneurship,and contributes to the literature by exploring risk attitude with decision-related measurements and risk evaluation scales with a comparison-based anchor.Different patterns towards different elements of environmental uncertainty are found,which support the proposition that risk attitude and strategy are connected and intervene with each other.One interesting finding from the study is that exporters adopting follow/mimic strategy are relatively less sensitive to the differences between different environmental elements.Brief implications are discussed. |
