| 中文摘要 | 振幅整合脑电图(Amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram,aEEG)是连续脑电图记录的简化形式。其信号来自双顶骨电极,通过放大、滤波、振幅压缩及整合,以6cm/h的速度输出在记录纸上。aEEG操作方便,图形直观,容易分析,在临床上特别是新生儿脑功能监护领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文简要介绍了aEEG信号的获取、数据分析及临床应用等方面的内容,并结合国内在该领域的研究现状,提出了未来可能的几个研究方向。; Amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram (aEEG) which is a simplified form of standard EEG has been increasingly used in neonates. The aEEG method is easy to apply and to interpret and the simplicity of the method makes it feasible for "round the clock" recording. The present paper briefly introduces the signal acquisition, data analysis and clinical applications of aEEG. Then we propose a number of possible research directions in light of the domestic research in this field, in the future. |
