中文摘要分析预应力钢丝缠绕机架坎合梁的承载原理和影响其承载能力的因素。采用Patran/Marc有限元软件,分析加载载荷和剖分界面抗剪系数对钢丝缠绕预应力机架中的坎合梁整体性的影响。进行350 MN涡轮盘模锻液压机模型对比试验。数值模拟和模型试验结果一致,表明当梁的剖分界面不采取坎合处理,完全靠自然摩擦保持其完整性时,机架在预紧状态能保持很好的完整性,但在合成状态,会产生错移;当剖分面经过坎合处理后,界面抗错移能力大大提高,机架在最大工作载荷下依然能够保持很好的完整性。; The principle of carrying and the influencing factors of bearing capacity of bumpy-ridge beam in pre-stressed wire winded framework are analyzed.The applied load and anti-shearing coefficient on divided surface would influence the integrity of Bumpy-Ridge beam in the pre-stressed wire winded framework.This is analyzed by using Patran/Marc.In addition,experiments on 350 MN turbine forming press's 1:10 model have also been done.The results of finite element method and model experiments agree well,which indicates that if the split interface is not treated,the integrity is kept only by friction.The framework in pre-tighten state can keep integral,but in synthesized state will offset If the divided surface is treated,the anti-offsetting capability of interface will be greatly improved.Even under the maximum working load,the framework still can keep integral well.
