中文摘要 | In order to determine the weights of each type of environmental impact aspect based on the theories of life cycle assessment ( LCA) and willingness-to-pay (WTP) , this paper attempts to build an environmental impact assessment model in which the environmental impact is measured by social WTP for environmental damage. This model is illustrated through the consideration of the "green tax," the impact potential and the total emission volumes of pollutants in the Beijing area. The detail weight value of each type of environmental impact aspect is then derived. Finally, this model is applied to assess the environmental impacts of three types of cement. |
