中文摘要 | Endothelial cells were successfully seeded onto carbon nitride (CN /sub x/) films deposited on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFK) by using the ion beam-assisted deposition (IBAD) technique. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and, Raman characterization of the resulting films showed that IBAD was efficient in fabricating CNx films with controllable nitrogen content and sp/sup 2//sp/sup 3/ fraction. The 48 hr cell culture indicated the endothelial cells grew best on CN/sub x/ film with greatest nitrogen content. The CN/sub x/-coated PTFE may be a promising vascular prosthesis in vascular reconstruction. |
