中文摘要Use Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) to analyze simultaneously the main chemical constituents in different solvent extracts of seven kinds of Chrysanthemum samples of different regions. The findings indicate that different Chrysanthemum samples have dissimilar fingerprint characters in FT-IR spectra. Such spectral technique can provide substance structural information of the complicated test samples. According to these spectral fingerprint features, we cannot only identify the main components of different extracts, but also distinguish the origins of the Chrysanthemum samples from different regions easily, which is a troublesome work by existing analytical methods. FT-IR, with the characters of speediness, good repeatability and easy operation, can be used as an effective analytical means to study the complicated system, in our research, the tradition Chinese medicines.
