中文摘要A novel probe Rhodamine 13 hydride ethyl 5-formyl-1H pyrrole-2-carooxyl ate schiff base ( IMPS) for naked-eye sensing of Cu2+ was synthesized. It showed significant enhancement of absorbance at 560 nm upon the addition of copper ion. The selectivity and sensitivity of RHPS to copper ion was very high. RHPS formed a 1: 1 complex in 30% acetonitrile/water with Cu2+, and the chelating was reversible. Limit of detection for copper ion in 30% acetonitrile/water buffered at pH =7.0 was found to be 1.2 x 10(-8) mol/L, with a linear range of 1.0 x 10(-7) mol/L - 6.0 x 10(-6) mol/L Cu2+. Determination of copper ion in water and synthetic samples in the presence of various interfering metal ions was successfully carried out.
