中文摘要 | Electro-optic electric field sensors provide good immunity to EMI noise and fast response time. This paper introduces an integrated optical electric field sensor for measuring transient electric fields in high voltage power systems. The sensor principle is illustrated with a design for intensive field measurements. The sensor head is separated into two elements to develop an equivalent circuit for the sensor to calculate the electro-optic modulator and dipole antenna parameters. The results show that the frequency characteristics of the sensor's transfer function are quite flat, and the maximum electric field which can be measured is close to 10/sup 6/V/m. |
