中文摘要 | The peak-to-average power ratio of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems is reduced with an improved constellation extension scheme. The improved algorithm dynamically extends the outer constellation points in data-carrying channels while not reducing the Euclidean distance between constellation points. This scheme does not need any processing at the receiver and requires no side information. The improved constellation extension achieves about 1 dB extra peak-to-average power ratio reduction compared with the traditional constellation extension. |
