英文摘要 | From the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata, three new diterpenes, Ebracteolatas A-C, based on the rosane (1-2) and lathyrane (3) skeleton, were isolated together with four known ones (4-7). Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1, 6, and 7 exhibited moderate cytotoxic effects against five cancer cell lines. (C) 2016 Phytochemical Society of Europe. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. |
