中文摘要随着激光惯性约束核聚变(Inertial Confinement Fusion,简称ICF)的研究不断深入,要求高功率激光驱动器的输出具有更大功率、更高通量以及更好光束质量等。以钕玻璃为增益介质的片状放大器是高功率激光驱动器最重要的组成部分,片状放大器性能的好坏直接影响整个装置的输出能量和功率。片状放大器片腔内的洁净度,成为了制约片状放大器性能提升的关键因素之一。 针对这一问题,目前NIF和神光系列高功率装置都采用引入大气流量的纯氮气冲洗放大器片腔,来提升片状放大器的洁净度。但是国内外对相关的研究都集中在氮气冲洗后腔内洁净度的变化过程,尚未对如何高效获取腔内洁净度进行相关的研究。本文就如何合理设置腔内流场以达到高效获取和保持片状放大器腔内洁净度进行了研究。主要内容如下: 1. 根据片状放大器腔内污染物的产生原因及其特征,探讨了利用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,简称CFD)来获得片状放大器腔内气流场分布特征,以达到快速排出污染物,实现有效洁净控制的可行性。 2. 根据预期从模拟计算中得到腔内气流流场分布特征这个目标,分析讨论了某项目片状放大器片腔原型机的计算域界定、模型简化、边界条件的设置、网格划分并进行了模拟计算。然后通过烟雾实验,说明模拟流场和实际流场具有较高的一致性。 3. 对片状放大器片腔内流场进行了优化。首先确定了进出口流量变化对片状放大器片腔内流场的影响。然后研究了进出气口结构变化对片状放大器片腔内流场的影响,在此基础上研究了进出口位置排布变化对片状放大器片腔内流场的影响,得出槽入槽出且两槽上下对应排布的进出气口结构能在保证钕玻璃表面最佳洁净度的情况下,最高效的获取整个腔内洁净度。通过洁净度实验证明了片状放大器片腔内流场的优化能有效改善放大器腔内洁净度。
英文摘要The requirement of high power laser has been increased to be higher and better beam quality with the development of ICF. As the most important media of laser amplifier, neodymium glass plays a key role for laser output, which mean that the cleanliness of neodymium glass surface in amplifier is one of most important issue to the performance of amplifier. Regarding to the cleanliness of disk amplifier cavity, NIF and SG-II serial laser all adopt to purging pure gas inside to keep it clean. But the study of the cleanliness in amplifier was center in the variety of cleanliness before and after purging, not including the method on how to purging the cavity better. It is studied on the fluent distribution in the disk amplifier cavity with different purging interface and found out the best design for gas purging, it includes: 1. It is studied that fluent distribution and feasibility for cleanliness control efficiently in disk amplifier by CFD method according to the reason and characteristics produced inside the amplifier. 2. A simply but reasonable model was built by CFD according to the characteristics of the fluent distribution, which considering about the terminal condition and simply meshing. The model also fit the fog testing result. 3. The distribution of interface of purging on amplifier was optimized based on the simulation result. It is found that the different in/out let will induce different distribution of gas fluent in the cavity, and the optimized design has the good distribution which could get the cleanliness of cavity efficiently. The experiment results also proved the validity of this conclusion.
