中文摘要随着生产生活的要求以及科技的进步,高功率紫外光源的需求越来越高。脉冲氙灯作为可以辐射紫外波段的光源,有很大的潜力成为高效、高功率的紫外光源。本文根据社会的发展和需要,对脉冲氙灯做了以下几个方面的研究: 1、研究了脉冲氙灯工作在短脉冲时的功率特性以及电阻特性:短脉冲状态下,脉冲氙灯的功率在峰值处有一段平台,这段平台的作用延长了脉冲氙灯工作的时间;脉冲氙灯的电阻近似于恒定值,可以认为是一个恒定电阻,电阻值只有几个欧姆;脉冲氙灯的电阻系数也是近似为常数。 2、研究了脉冲氙灯参数对电流脉冲的影响:储能电容初始电压处于1.75kV——4.25kV范围内,电流峰值与初始电压之间呈现出线性关系,线性模拟所得曲线与实验值之间的误差不超过5%;研究了初始电压、电极间距、充气压及内径等条件对脉冲氙灯电流脉冲宽度、上升时间、下降时间的影响。 3、研究了光脉冲与电流脉冲之间的关系:光脉冲落后于电流脉冲,滞后时间与电容电压有关;光脉冲与电流脉冲有很好的一致性。 4、研究了脉冲氙灯紫外辐射的影响因素:电容电压的提高对脉冲氙灯紫外辐射的比率有促进作用,且对线状谱有展宽的作用;可见光区域的线状谱的加宽比紫外区线状谱的加宽需要的电压更小;充气压在13kPa以下气压越小,紫外辐射的比率越高,但是主要是线状谱;充气压在20kPa以上,充气压对紫外辐射的比率影响较小,光谱呈现出更多的连续谱,线状谱较少;电极间距对脉冲氙灯紫外辐射有降低的作用;在所研究的范围内,管径在9mm左右处可以取得紫外辐射的极大值。 5、根据研究成果,研制了规格较好的脉冲氙灯,该脉冲氙灯具有高紫外比率输出、长寿命等特点。
英文摘要With demand of life and industry and progress of the science and technology, the need of high power UV source is becoming more and more. Xenon flash lamps, which can radiate UV band, have huge potential to be high power and efficiency UV source. On the basis of the need and progress of time, in this paper, some study on xenon flash lamps is discussed. The content includes: 1.research on the characterization of the power and resistance in xenon flash lamps in short current pulses: the power at the peak is flat, which lengthens the work time of xenon flash lamps; the resistance is nearly constant and very low, only some ohms; the resistance coefficient is also constant. 2.research on the effect of xenon parameter on current pulse: By measuring the peak current through flash lamps with different fill pressures, different arc lengths and different bore diameters under varied voltages in charge capacitor, the voltages ranging from 1.75kV to 4.25kV, the results show the peak currents have linear relationship with the voltages. The relative errors between the experimental data and simulative data are less than 5%. Through the slopes analyzed under the circumstances of fill pressures, arc lengths and bore diameters respectively, it have been proved that the relationship is reasonable, and it is found out that the peak currents are influenced most by bore diameters, and lest by fill pressures. 3.Research on the light pulse: the lighting pulses of xenon flash lamps with 6mm bore diameters had some acute peaks when the flash lamps worked at lower voltages. When working at the same voltages, the flash lamps with larger bore diameters had the lighting pulses which had wider rise time, fall time and pulse duration, but the peak declined. For fill pressures and arc length, the same conclusions were gotten. 4.Research on the UV radiation from some aspects: the high initial voltage improves UV radiation rate, and can broaden the line spectrum; the broadening line spectrum in visible is more obvious than in UV; under 13.33kPa, smaller fill pressure can radiate larger UV radiation rate; more than 20kPa, fill pressure has little effect on the UV radiation, but line spectrum decline; for different bore diameters, the maximum UV radiation rate can be gotten at 6mm. From the study, the xenon flash lamps with high UV radiation rate have developed, and they work very long.
