中文摘要光学扫描全息术(optical scanning holography,OSH)是一种通过二维扫描实时获取物体三维信息的数字全息技术,在三维全息显微成像、三维物体识别、三维光学遥感等领域具有广泛的应用前景。但是作为一种同轴全息术,光学扫描全息中存在着直流偏置和实像、虚像不可分离(孪生像)的问题,大大降低了系统的分辨率和信噪比。本论文比较分析了现有的消除直流项和孪生像的方法,并针对构造复数全息消除直流项和孪生像的方法,提出了一种基于偏振光学原理的光学扫描全息系统,可通过单次扫描同时获取正弦形式和余弦形式的OSH全息信号以构造复数全息,而且不需要使用额外的移频或相位调制器,降低了系统的复杂性。本论文工作主要包括: 1. 介绍了OSH技术的原理,分析了OSH成像中直流项和孪生像问题的产生和消除。 2. 针对构造复数全息消除直流项和孪生像的方法,提出了一种基于偏振光学原理的光学扫描全息系统,阐述了它的成像原理,并分析了系统的光学传递函数、成像分辨率等。 3. 对所提出的基于偏振光学的扫描全息系统进行了计算机仿真,模拟了点物、二维物体、三维物体的成像。 4. 搭建了实验系统,对点物和二维反射物体进行了二维成像实验,成像效果达到理论预期。 关键词: 光学扫描全息;光学桥接器;孪生像;复数全息
英文摘要Optical scanning holography (OSH) is a real-time digital holography in which holographic information for a three-dimensional (3D) object can be acquired with a signal 2D optical scan of the object. This technique can be widely used in areas such as 3D holography microscopy, recognition of 3D object and 3D optical remote sensing, etc. However, as an on-axis holography, there will be a bias term and a twin-image when reconstructing the optical scanning holograms, which degrade the image quality a lot. Several schemes have been presented to resolve the problems, one of which is to use a sine hologram and a cosine hologram to form a complex hologram. In this dissertation, we propose a new method that can acquire the complex hologram of a 3D object for OSH based on the principle of polarization optics. In the proposed polarization OSH system, the sine and cosine holograms are acquired by a signal 2D optical scan, and no modulators (frequency or phase) or complex electronic system are needed. The dissertation focuses on the following contents: 1. The principle of OSH is introduced, the bias term and twin-image problems are specifically discussed. 2. To eliminate the bias term and the twin image, a polarization OSH system based on the principle of polarization optics is proposed, in which a sine hologram and a cosine hologram are acquired simultaneously. The principle of this system is introduced. System characteristics, including optical transfer function, axial resolution, lateral resolution, are studied. 3. The OSH processing of the point object, 2D object and the 3D object are simulated in computer. 4. The laboratory demonstration of the proposed polarization OSH system is presented. Point and 2D images are reconstructed successfully from the complex holograms, which prove the correctness and feasibility of this method.
