中文摘要士官心理灵活性与焦虑、抑郁的相关研究 摘 要 目的:本研究旨在了解士官心理灵活性与焦虑、抑郁的关系,考察心理灵活性对士官心理健康的影响。 方法:采用问卷测量的方法,在征得士官本人同意的情况下,为保护士官隐私,采取匿名方式,分两批对600多名士官进行问卷调查。使用经验性接纳与行动问卷第二版(Acceptance and Action Questionnaire, AAQ-Ⅱ)、认知融合问卷(Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire,CFQ)、正念注意觉知量表(Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, MAAS)、生命意义感量表(the Meaning in Life Questionnaire ,MLQ)、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、自评抑郁量表(( Self-Rating Depression Scale ,SDS) 测量士官接纳、认知解离、正念、生命意义感与焦虑、抑郁的关系。 结果:(1)士官接纳与焦虑、抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.62,-0.58、P<0.01),对焦虑、抑郁有负向预测作用(??=-0.61,-0.58, P<0.001);(2)士官认知解离与焦虑、抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.56,-0.47、P<0.01),对焦虑、抑郁有负向预测作用(?=-0.55, -0.47, P<0.001);(3)士官正念与焦虑、抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.46,-0.38 ,P<0.01),对焦虑、抑郁有负向预测作用(?=-0.41, -0.36, P<0.001);(4)士官存在生命意义感与焦虑、抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.43,-0.52 ,P<0.01),士官寻找生命意义感与焦虑、抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.15,-0.26 ,P<0.01),士官存在生命意义感对焦虑、抑郁有显著负向预测作用(?=-0.40,-0.50 ,P<0.001)。 结论:士官心理灵活性对焦虑、抑郁有显著负向预测作用。士官心理灵活性与心理健康密切相关,提高心理灵活性,可以促进士官心理健康。
英文摘要Relation among Psychological flexibility, anxiety and depression in sergeants Abstract Objective:The study aimed at exploring the relation among psychological flexibility, anxiety and depression in sergeants, investigating effect of psychological flexibility on well-being of sergeants. Methods: Totally 600 sergeants were assessed anonymously with Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ-Ⅱ), Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ), Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), the Meaning in Life Questionnaire(MLQ), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) under consent of these sergeants to explore relation among experiential acceptance, cognitive fusion, mindfulness, meaning anxiety, and depression. Results: First, the scores of AAQ were negatively correlated with anxiety, depression(r=-0.62, -0.58; Ps<0.01). Regression analysis showed the scores of anxiety, depression was significantly predicted by scores of AAQ (?=-0.61, -0.58, P<0.001). Second, the scores of CFQ were negatively correlated with anxiety, depression(r=-0.56, -0.47; Ps<0.01). Regression analysis showed the scores of anxiety, depression was significantly predicted by scores of CFQ (?=-0.55,- 0.47,P<0.001). Third, the scores of MAAS were negatively correlated with anxiety, depression(r=-0.46, -0.38; Ps<0.01). Regression analysis showed the scores of anxiety, depression was significantly predicted by scores of MAAS (?=-0.41,- 0.36,P<0.001). Fourth, the scores of MLQ- P were negatively correlated with anxiety, depression(r=-0.43,-0.52; Ps<0.01). the scores of MLQ-S were negatively correlated with anxiety, depression(r=-0.15,-0.26; Ps<0.01). Regression analysis showed the scores of anxiety, depression was significantly predicted by scores of MLQ-P (?= -0.40,-0.50; Ps<0.001 ) . Conclusion:Psychological flexibility of sergeants can significantly predict anxiety and depression in negative direction. The well-being of sergeants is closely associated with psychological flexibility. Psychological flexibility play an important role in well-being. Improvement in psychological flexibility can enhance well-being.
