英文摘要single-crystalline cd3p2 nanowires (nws) have been synthesized via a solution-liquid-solid (sls) mechanism. the lengths of the resulting nanowires can be effectively tuned in the range of 180 nm and 5 mu m, and the photodetectors made of the cd3p2 nanowires exhibited a pronounced photoresponse with high stability and reproducibility.
