中文摘要随着我国光电技术的发展,高功率、大电流光电系统在军用、民用领域得到广泛应用,并逐渐成为新时代高科技的代表设备。本文针对以高功率激光器为核心部件的光电系统开展研究。该激光器属于高功率脉冲激励型气体激光器,工作在高电压大电流的状态下,在对激光器的火花开关、主回路和出光口处向空间辐射强烈的瞬变电磁干扰进行分析的基础上,开发了瞬变电磁干扰模拟器,并开展了液晶显示模块等敏感型设备防护设计技术研究,实现了对瞬变电磁干扰的分析与防护。该研究成果对大功率脉冲瞬态电磁环境下设备的研制、集成具有重要的指导和借鉴价值。论文主要研究工作如下: 本文首先对光电系统中的电磁干扰源、电磁敏感设备和电磁骚扰路径进行了分析与测试,开展了基于瞬变电磁辐射敏感度测试与预测方法的研究。提出了激光器近场区域内电场辐射的偶极子合成法,并证明了将其应用于电磁干扰防护设计的合理性。提出了采用瞬变电磁干扰模拟器来验证系统干扰防护措施有效性的方法。研究设计了一种瞬变电磁干扰模拟器,该模拟器由放电触发信号源、高压电容充电电源和放电执行机构三部分组成,采用了串联谐振和电压电流双闭环控制技术,保证了充电过程全周期电压和电流的平稳。试验测试表明,其输出瞬变电磁干扰特性与激光器的电磁干扰特性基本相同。在对光电系统中PCB组装件、连接线缆、传输线路敷设路径、滤波、接地等开展EMC设计基础上,重点开展了电箱的电磁防护设计研究,提出采用CST MWS电磁仿真软件与实测数据回归方法对屏蔽电箱进行建模设计,统计并分析了电箱上孔缝的大小、形状、数量对电箱屏蔽效果的影响。经测试验证,该电箱能够较好的防护瞬变电磁干扰。研究设计了光电系统的多个电磁敏感部位针对性的防护措施,在用模拟器对单机防护措施进行过程验证基础上,实现了系统的集成,满足了全系统电磁自兼容的性能要求。
英文摘要With the development of electro-optical technology in China, high power, high current electro-optical systems are widely used in military and civil areas, and gradually become the representative of high-tech equipment in the new era. This paper is in order to carry out research on the electro-optical system with the high power laser as core component. The laser is a kind of the high power pulse type gas laser, which is working at high voltage, high current environment. On the basis of analysis spark switch, main circuit of laser and the light exit to space radiation strong transient electromagnetic interference, a transient electromagnetic interference simulator has been developed. The protection technology of sensitive equipment such as the LCD control system has been researched. And the goal of transient electromagnetic interference’s analysis and protection can be achieved. The results of the study have important guidance and reference value of the development and integration of equipment in high power pulse transient electromagnetic environment. The Paper’s main research works are as follows: This paper analyzes and tests the sources, sensitive equipment and disturbance path of electromagnetic interference in the electro-optical system. The test and prediction methods based on transient electromagnetic radiation sensitivity have been carried out. A synthesis of dipoles of field radiation within the laser electric field has been presented and the method has been proved to be rational to guide the design of electromagnetic interference protection. The method of using transient electromagnetic interference simulator to verify the effectiveness of system interference protective measures has been proposed. And a transient electromagnetic interference simulator has been designed. The simulator consists of three parts: discharge trigger signal source, high voltage capacitor charging power supply and discharge actuator. The technology of series resonance and voltage-current double closed loop control has been used to ensure the smooth of voltage and current in full cycle charging process. Test shows that the characteristics of output transient electromagnetic interference and the laser are basically the same. Based on the research of EMC design in electro-optical system, connecting cables, PCB assemblies, transmission line, laying path, filtering, grounding, the research of electromagnetic shielding box design has been focused on. CST MWS has been presented in this paper with the measured data regression method for modeling and design the shielding box. The statistics and analysis of aperture’s size, shape and number effect on the shielding box performance have been done. The testing proved that the shielding box can better protect against transient electromagnetic interference. The protection measures against many electromagnetic sensitive parts of the electro-optical system have been designed. Based on the verification process of the system protection measures by using the simulator, the system’s integration has been achieved, and the whole system’s EMC performance requirements have been satisfied.
