中文摘要	目的了解北京市心理咨询师学员的心理健康状况。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,应用《中国人心理健康问卷(CMHI)》及自编一般情况问卷对参加北京市心理咨询师培训班的652名学员进行问卷调查。结果学员以40岁以下青年(85.5%)、女性居多(81.3%);学员参加培训的目的集中于将来从事相关工作(72.9%)及了解自我(50.6%)。学员心理健康总分与常模比较无显著差异(t=-0.956,P=0.339),认知效能得分显著高于常模(t=2.00,P=0.046),情绪体验和社会适应得分显著低于常模(t=-3.48,P=0.001;t=-2.11,P=0.035)。对心理学了解非常少、想通过培训来了解自我的学员(6.95%)及公务员/办事人员(10.9%)的心理健康水平较低。回归分析表明,学员的经济状况、年龄和对心理学的了解能预测其心理健康水平。结论学员总体文化程度较高;认知水平较好;部分学员存在情绪困扰和社会适应问题。
英文摘要	Objective To investigate the mental health status of psychological counseling trainees in Beijing.Methods Using Chinese Mental Health Inventory（CMHI）to measure 652 psychological counseling trainees in Beijing.Results The mental health status of Beijing psychological counseling trainees was consistent with the national norm.most of them were young women who were under 40 years.Their purposes of participating psychological training focused on pursuing relevant work in the future and understanding themselves better.Who knew little of psychology and wanted to understand themselves better through psychological training had low mental health condition.Who were civil servants/clerical staff,poor economical situation had the lower level of mental health.Their age,economical conditions and knowledge of psychology in the past could predict their mental health status.Conclusion The psychological counseling trainees are mainly young women,most of them identify the consultant industry.They have higher educational levels,generally normal mental health condition;parts of the population who are in poor mental health status need our concern
